Privacy Notice

How TrailConversion handles information associated with website visits and correspondence.

Responsible operator

The website operator is GROUP TAG & PARTNERS LLC. Company mailing address: 412 W 7th St, STE 1028, Clovis, NM 88101, United States. Contact contact@trailconversionuk.com with privacy questions or requests.

Website visits

Website hosting and content-delivery providers may process technical requests, including IP address, page requested, request time and browser information, to deliver and secure the website.

Fonts and images are served as website assets. The post-purchase thank-you page uses the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, as described below.

Advertising measurement on the thank-you page

The /thank-you/ page uses Meta Pixel 1393786712404395 to send PageView and Purchase events to Meta Platforms when the page is loaded or revisited. Reloading the page can send another event. This browser event does not independently verify a payment or confirm that an email was delivered.

Clicking a course purchase link on this website in the same tab stores a temporary checkout context in sessionStorage: the selected plan identifier, displayed amount, GBP currency, website origin and click time. The clean thank-you return URL can read a valid context for up to 24 hours. This context relates to the selected plan and is not proof of a completed transaction.

A valid stored amount and currency are included in the Purchase event. Direct visits from an external payment link, another device or a tab without this context do not supply a purchase amount. The website does not invent an amount when it is unavailable. If explicit monetary URL parameters are present, those validated parameters are used instead; GBP is the default currency when an explicit value has no currency parameter.

Requests to Meta can include normal browser and network information, the page URL, referrer, event time and browser identifiers. The integration does not add payment-card details, passwords, customer email addresses or phone numbers to the Purchase payload. Meta may use cookies or browser identifiers for advertising measurement under its own privacy terms. Information about Meta’s data practices and advertising controls is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

Email correspondence

If you contact the operator by email, the information received may include your name, email address, message, attachments, order reference and associated message metadata. It is used to respond to the request, provide support and handle relevant refund, cancellation or privacy enquiries.

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, security codes or identity documents in a support message. The website itself does not have a contact-submission or card-entry form.

Purposes and legal grounds

Technical processing supports website delivery, reliability and security. Where applicable, this relies on legitimate interests in operating a reliable website or on a legal obligation.

Correspondence may be processed to take steps requested in relation to a contract, handle a service request, meet applicable legal obligations or pursue legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and maintaining relevant records. Visitor information is not used for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Service providers and external pages

Hosting, content-delivery and email service providers may process information as necessary to supply those services or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Following an external link sends normal browser and network request information to the destination. External payment services apply their own privacy notices and process the information entered on their pages. This website does not receive full card details merely from a redirect.

Services can involve processing in more than one country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements remain applicable.

Retention

Technical information is retained for website operation, security, diagnosis and applicable legal requirements. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request, maintain relevant service records and meet applicable obligations.

The need to retain information depends on the purpose of the record, follow-up requirements and any applicable legal retention obligation.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, subject to legal conditions. Send requests to contact@trailconversionuk.com. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority. Withdrawal of optional consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
