Terms of Service

Terms for using TrailConversion and purchasing access to digital course content.

Website operator

TrailConversion is operated by GROUP TAG & PARTNERS LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States. Company mailing address: 412 W 7th St, STE 1028, Clovis, NM 88101, United States. Contact: contact@trailconversionuk.com.

Course access

The product is digital access to course content focused on paid traffic, digital advertising and conversion planning. No physical product is shipped.

Included content, access duration and technical requirements depend on the selected plan. Review the plan and order details before purchasing. Numeric plan names are identifiers, not a stated number of lessons or days.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP). One-time options are billed once. Monthly options are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Review the total payable amount, any applicable taxes or charges, access terms and recurring conditions before confirming a payment. Browsing this website does not place an order or authorize a charge.

Monthly plans and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew each month until canceled. Recurring charges require the customer’s explicit authorization.

To request cancellation, email contact@trailconversionuk.com with the purchase email and order or subscription reference. Cancellation takes effect immediately and course access ends at the same time. Refund requests are assessed separately under the refund policy and mandatory law.

Use of materials

Course access is personal. Sharing, redistributing or reselling protected material requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Any permitted copying is governed by the terms supplied with the course.

Educational content does not guarantee advertising performance, income, profit, employment, sales or certification. Outcomes depend on the learner, implementation and market conditions.

Consumer rights and earlier purchases

The refund, subscription and digital delivery policies explain the relevant purchase conditions. Mandatory withdrawal, conformity, complaint and other consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Earlier purchases remain subject to the seller and conditions identified in the original order, together with applicable mandatory law. These terms do not retroactively transfer or amend an earlier contract.

External payment services

An external payment page has its own merchant details, payment conditions and privacy notice. Review the seller, product, currency, total and any recurring charges before authorizing payment.
