Commercial refund window: 7 business days
You may request a refund within 7 business days after purchase. Business days mean Monday through Friday, counting from the next business day after purchase.
This commercial window is additional to mandatory consumer protections. It does not limit remedies for non-delivery, nonconforming access, unauthorized charges or a longer applicable statutory right.
Submit a request
Email contact@trailconversionuk.com with the course or plan, purchase date, order reference and email used for the purchase. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or identity document.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where required, unless a lawful alternative is expressly agreed. Applicable statutory reimbursement deadlines remain in force. The time a bank takes to display a refund can differ from the refund approval time.
Mandatory withdrawal rights
Applicable consumer law may provide a withdrawal period that takes priority over this commercial policy. For example, applicable EU distance-contract rules generally provide 14 calendar days for eligible service or digital-content contracts.
Starting access alone is not an automatic waiver. A digital-content exception applies only when the required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation have been obtained. Service-contract exceptions may have different conditions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Withdrawal notice
Where applicable law accepts an unequivocal withdrawal notice, a specific template is not mandatory.
Example: To GROUP TAG & PARTNERS LLC: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [course or plan], purchased on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Purchase reference or email: [reference]. Notice date: [date]. Send the notice to contact@trailconversionuk.com.
Cancellation and earlier contracts
Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Immediate cancellation does not by itself determine whether a refund is due.
Earlier purchases remain subject to their original seller and terms, together with mandatory law. This policy does not remove the right to dispute an unauthorized charge or seek another available remedy.
